Fall is officially in the air, and the Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵAPP – Fort Smith is eager to usher in the new season with the return of its annual Family Weekend on October 3-4.

The weekend slate of events includes something for everyone, from pumpkin painting and volleyball to a 5K race and the Family Fall Fest, featuring the annual chili cook-off, photo booth, inflatables, music, and games.

“Family Weekend is one of the most exciting traditions at Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵAPP because it brings the energy of our students and their loved ones together on campus,â€ said Stephany Dobbins, new student and family programs coordinator. “We host this weekend so families can experience the spirit of Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵAPP firsthand – cheering at games, joining in fun activities, and making memories with the students. It’s about celebrating their journey, building connections, and showing that every family is a vital part of our Lion community.â€
