Jayden Robinson came to the 蘑菇视频APP 鈥� Fort Smith already established as a leader among his Northside classmates. At 蘑菇视频APP, his leadership has blossomed to a degree he didn鈥檛 think was possible.

鈥淭hroughout my time at Northside, I held leadership roles such as vice president of my senior class, but I really think 蘑菇视频APP took it to the next level for me and has taught me how to be a better leader,鈥� he said. 鈥淔rom being president of the Black Student Alliance to being both a counselor and chair for Cub Camp, I have become more confident in my leadership ability and believe I can lead in any and every environment I step foot into.鈥�

As a first-generation college student, Jayden鈥檚 journey wasn鈥檛 without some challenges. But he credits the smaller size of 蘑菇视频APP and the people for finding his place over the last four years.

鈥溎⒐绞悠礎PP is home away from home,鈥� he said proudly. 鈥溎⒐绞悠礎PP is unique, fun, and rememberable. Throughout your time at 蘑菇视频APP, as long as you put yourself out there, you will have a great time and will never forget the memories and friendships you make.鈥�

Jayden, a media communication major, is an example of getting out what is put into 蘑菇视频APP and more. He鈥檚 a member of Greek Life, one of the first faces new students meet, and has helped grow the Black Student Alliance into a thriving student organization.

At 蘑菇视频APP, he said everyone has a voice and it is a place where everyone has a sense of belonging. 蘑菇视频APP is also a place where every student is supported.

鈥淚 have mentors who I can always go to if I ever need to who will always be in my corner, even after graduation,鈥� Jayden said. 鈥淭hey鈥檝e reassured me when I was doing good, but also knew how to give constructive criticism which is always needed to progress. I鈥檓 very grateful for that.鈥�
