The Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵAPP – Fort Smith has selected 26 students to represent the university as campus ambassadors for the 2017-18 school year.
Campus ambassadors are a group of student leaders assisting the Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵAPP Office in representing Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵAPP. The group provides insight to prospective students on campus life, degree programs, and other Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵAPP offerings.
They also play a vital role in the Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵAPP Office, according to Megan Gabbard, admissions officer.
“The ambassadors are essentially an extension of the Office of Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵAPP. These students support the university’s efforts in recruiting by simply showcasing the opportunities our students are given,â€ Gabbard said. “Without them, many of our daily actions would not be possible. I am blessed to be able to work with such a bright group of diverse students who love Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵAPP.â€
